Each set is replaced within 3 years, thereby ensuring we take full advantage of the latest technology available. All sets are weather proof, super-silenced and spillage free.

Iraq

In 2005, coalition forces in Iraq tendered worldwide for a supplier of generators to serve as local support for the grid supply. As part of the contract, Edina supplied 10 Deutz containerised 2MVA diesel generators, bulk storage fuel tanks, 10 step up 400 - 10kV transformers, power cabling and spare parts. Edina appointed a project team to supervise the installation and commission of the sets. All sets were successfully commissioned on site in June 2005 and January 2006.
