From project conception through the commissioning phase Edina's dedicated project team can assist with feasibility studies, cost benefit analysis, mechanical & electrical systems design, civil construction, installation and commissioning.
Edina offers the full spectrum of gas engine power generation solutions from full key projects, to supply only with maintenance packages.
Edina has three project offices located in Dublin, Lisburn & Manchester serving our global customers. Our project engineers come from electrical and mechanical disciplines and have vast experience within the power generation industry, many having served more than 15 years with Deutz Power Systems.

Project Management
Edina's dedicated project managers are challenged to achieve all of the project goals and objectives while adhering to the project constraints of scope, quality, time and budget. By utilizing the latest project management tools and software Edina's project managers optimize resources available to consistently deliver projects on time and on budget, enabling Edina to maintain its position as market leader.
Feasibility Studies
From the outset of a project, feasibility and application concept design can be undertaken by Edina to evaluate any power generation/ cogeneration or waste management scheme. Site visits and surveys are carried out and a report generated to determine if a scheme is viable and to determine the overall benefits.
Edina Ltd. has full in-house capability to design, install, commission and service long-term maintenance contracts. The supply and installation services cover all disciplines, from design drawings to endurance tests.
Design
Edina utilises the latest computer aided design techniques to accurately and effectively design and record project engineering details.
Documentation
Edina engineering staff produce full project documentation to include both electrical & mechanical "as built" drawings to compliment the documentation that comes with the generator set.
Installation & Commissioning
Edina directly manages all aspects of the equipment installation whether operating as main contractor or sub contractor. All of Edina's installations are carried out in full compliance with the relevant local laws applicable to the project.
With 25 years experience Edina has an impeccable history of a true "Working Partnership" with all its clients and an enviable reputation for delivering what was originally requested.
Once a generator is installed Edina's commissioning engineers will carry out commissioning in accordance with customers schedule. Edina will then issue a certificate to confirm that the equipment is installed as per the manufacturer's specification and that the warranty period has commenced.
Operation & Maintenance
Edina's service teams provide comprehensive maintenance agreements tailored to the customers requirements.
A comprehensive maintenance agreement may consist of guaranteed availability, guaranteed response times, remote monitoring and remote control of a power generation installation.
Edina's engineers are manufacturer trained and equipped with the latest in tooling and resources.
Edina maintenance agreements provide a true 24/7 support package, whereby skilled engineers and technicians are available on a rapid response basis. Edina service teams can carry out full engine overhauls and repairs both on site and in our workshops.
